AX24® deploys cookies and similar tracking technologies on its web properties for operational, analytical, and security purposes. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can exercise control over their deployment on your device.

AX24 uses four categories of cookies across its web properties. Strictly necessary cookies enable core platform functionality including session authentication, load balancing, and security token validation. These cannot be disabled without breaking core site functions. Performance cookies collect anonymized data on how visitors interact with our platform, including page load times, navigation paths, and error events. This data is used exclusively for internal infrastructure optimization. Functional cookies store user preferences such as language settings, interface state, and consent records to ensure consistent session behavior across visits. Analytics cookies, where consent is granted, allow us to measure aggregate traffic patterns, content performance, and conversion signals using privacy-compliant analytics tools. No individual behavioral profiles are sold or shared.

03 // THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Certain AX24 platform features integrate third-party tools, including infrastructure monitoring services, uptime verification systems, and performance analytics providers. These third parties may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. AX24 audits all third-party integrations on a regular basis and requires that all technology partners operate under equivalent data protection standards. 04 // COOKIE DURATION

Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period, after which they expire automatically. The maximum retention period for any AX24 persistent cookie is thirteen (13) months. Consent preferences are stored for twelve (12) months before re-confirmation is requested.

05 // LEGAL BASIS FOR COOKIE USE

Strictly necessary cookies are deployed on the basis of legitimate interest in maintaining platform security and operational integrity. All other cookie categories are deployed only with your explicit, informed consent, collected via our consent management interface at the time of your first visit. You may withdraw or modify consent at any time without detriment to your ability to access public-facing content.

06 // MANAGING YOUR PREFERENCES

You may review and adjust your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences panel accessible in the footer of our web properties. In addition, all major browser systems allow you to block, delete, or control cookies at the device level. Disabling certain cookie categories may affect platform performance or limit access to session-specific features. AX24 does not respond to browser-level "Do Not Track" signals at this time, but respects all consent preferences recorded through our own consent management system.

07 // COOKIES AND ENTERPRISE CLIENTS

AX24 client portals and operational dashboards deployed for enterprise accounts may use additional session and authentication cookies not described in this general policy. Cookie behavior within client-specific environments is governed by the Data Processing Agreement in place with that Client and documented in the applicable platform configuration guide.

08 // POLICY UPDATES

This Cookie Policy will be updated when changes are made to our technology stack, regulatory obligations, or third-party integrations. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date. Where changes are material, consent may be re-solicited.
